VŠUP SHOP report

Last night I've visited the opening of the VŠUP SHOP in the building of the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague. It started with a mini catwalk, showing various works of professor's Josef Ťapťuch students and graduates. 

I've registered several trends of the outfits: collars in different shapes and materials, office chic for smart and creative, very-very minimalist looks, one-color jerseys, length differentiation, creative patterns, 3D in shapes and prints, easy colors. 

In the shop, however you can find not only those cloth, but also shoes, jewelry, ceramics, underwear, soap, chocolate, accessorize.. Loved most the sparkling shoes, which you can see on the pictures, those were truly gorgeous, must have! Black ones are also stunning. Interesting brooches, beautiful envelope clutches, funny growing-grass-leggings and one-eyed-tights. 

Don't miss, run fast, best peaces will be sold out soon. Want to confess that some of this peaces of art are already at my place :)

It was a great event this evening with lots of beautiful people and great photographer David LaChapelle. The exhibition is huge, well-done, representing all types of work and periods of the artist's creations. Loved how he expresses colors, shapes and stories. Asking or answering questions about religion, politics, beauty and everyday life. My favorites are Rape of Africa, Negative Currency, Heaven to hell (Pieta with Courtney Love), Jesus is my homeboy (Last Supper), Destructions (The House at the End of the World), Amanda Lepore: Addicted to Diamonds and very interesting series of photos Recollections in America.

Highly recommend to visit it ASAP, cuz who knows, mb you will want to come back :)

Last weekend Prague held FIRST INTERNATIONAL SALES AND EXHIBITION OF DOLL ART IN PRAGUE. It was a great exhibition with various artists from Czech Republic, Russia, Ukraine, Spain, Italy, Netherlands and others. Beautiful OOAK dolls and teddy bears. Wanted to adapt at least half of the exhibition. This pictures represent some of my favorites from the show. 

Hope it won't be the last show in Prague of this kind!
